We’re gearing up for Spring here and what is going to be the last season of yoga retreats at Seven Arrows. We’ll be here farming for a couple of seasons but in the meantime, we’re excited to collaborate on some more events over at the “big house”. Pink Moon Day Retreat
April 4, 3 to 9pm
with Summer Quashie
and Chef Grace Crossman
Celebrate the April full moon, known as the Pink Moon, and all of it’s energy with a relaxing afternoon and evening at Seven Arrows Retreat and Homestead. Summer Quashie will lead a 2 hour warming vinyasa class, specifically for spring and starting new seeds. Grace Crossman formerly of Goldie’s, Porta and Pascal and Sabine, will serve up a delicious farm to table dinner with organic food sourced from our farmer Meg Paska and the night will be completed with a full moon fire ceremony alongside the Navesink River. Together we will create a healing ritual, make moon charged water to take home and nourish the seeds of early spring. Come clear out, invite in, stand bright!!

Spirit in the Garden: A Permaculture and Yoga Workshop
April 18, 10am to 4pm
with Sean Walsh, permaculture design and Summer Quashie, yogi
If you have ever dreamed of turning your yard into a sacred space, then this day is for you. Join Permaculture Designer Sean Walsh and Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Summer Quashie in a day long retreat at Seven Arrows. Start the day off by aligning with your true nature through as stimulating and inspiring yoga class to balance the 5 elements within. Enjoy a beautifully prepared farm to table lunch with time to relax and enjoy the beauty at Seven Arrows. Then dive deep into permaculture design as Sean guides us through the spirit of plants and their history, principles of design and how to improve systems. Leave with three starter plants to take home and to contribute to the spirit in your garden.

Bloom: A Yoga and Bouquet Making Mini Retreat
With Farmer Meg Paska, Yogi Summer Quashie and Chef Grace Crossman
Don’t just give your mother a bouquet this mother’s day, bring her to make one! Come to Seven Arrows the day before Mother’s Day and spend a relaxing day on the farm by the Navesink River. Practice yoga for all levels, enjoy a delicious farm to table lunch and let your artist shine through by arranging fresh picked flowers.
